About Us
About Pickivo
Pickivo is an online store built around one simple idea: everyday life gets a little easier with the right product, chosen carefully instead of thrown together. We keep a small, changing lineup rather than trying to sell everything to everyone — so every product on our site has actually been reviewed for quality and usefulness before it's listed.
Who We Are
Pickivo is operated by JangGlobal LLC, 1001 S Main St, STE 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA. We're a small team, and every order and every support message is read and handled by a real person — not an automated queue.
How We Work
- Quality checked before listing: we review products before they go live, and pull anything that doesn't hold up.
- Straightforward policies: clear pricing, a real returns window, and no fine-print surprises at checkout.
- Support that responds: real people answer support requests, with no exaggerated promises about what a product can do.
